OUR COMMITMENT
This encompasses all types of pressure cleaning
and detailing of all machinery associated with a mine site.
This was developed to assist in early detection of maintenance
concern areas whilst minimising maintenance
costs and
assist with overall budget restraints, ie boom
cracks, removal of dust & contaminants from radiator
cores & fins
allowing equipment to run cooler, removal of bulk rock,
clay & dirt build up around track rollers, frames,
final drives, idlers & travel motors.
Through our commitment to safety, QBCT
strive to achieve nil injuries, incidents and near misses,
working in line with the mines procedures, policies and
guidelines. While having maintenance personnel & contractors
carry out routine & breakdown maintenance on mobile
and non mobile plant equipment. We remove bulk
excess grease and flammable
material reducing the risk of fire and exposure.
In order to ensure consistency in service QBCT have well
defined operational procedures and measurements policies
(Checklists) in place to ensure the quality of our processes
are stringently maintained. We consider communication with
site supervisors and personnel as a priority to ensure the
job runs smoothly.
We are committed to improvement by conducting regular staff
training, encouraging all employees and customers to provide
input to better our systems.
Just as importantly we know that the customer doesn’t
want
- Water in oil
- Rubber socks and sleeves cut or ripped
off under too much pressure\
- Electrical wiring stripped
- Water down exhausts
- Water in electrical and computerised
equipment
- Company logos and warning stickers blown
away
