Craig has 20 years’ experience in the civil and mechanical construction industries and has successfully completed many large construction projects throughout Australia. Craig also works closely with the estimating team to assist with the tender process to ensure budgets and timelines are achievable and oversees various operational requirements. Troy Pantall – Business Develop Manager (Director) Troy founded QCCS in 1999 and has 11 years’ experience in the construction and concrete industry in the Bowen Basin region with a further 10 years as a building contractor. Troy’s past experience working hands on in projects allows him to have an excellent understanding of what is required for projects. Troy has built strong relationships with key business partners in that time and is involved in the estimating and contract management areas of our business. George Fitos – Operations Manager George joined QCCS in 2007 and brought an engineering background to QCCS. George has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry and has successfully completed many large civil construction projects throughout Australia. George also works with the estimating team to assist with the tender process to ensure budgets and timelines are achievable and oversees various projects. Rohan Howie – HR Manager Rohan joined QCCS in January 2009 and has had 20 years’ experience in sales, management, safety and human resources. Rohan has a diploma in Business and Human Resources and has been a workplace health and safety officer for 5 years. Rohan’s past experience in various roles has brought to QCCS a better understanding of processes and procedures required to grow our business to the next level. Rohan worked in the domestic construction industry for a number of years throughout Victoria and Queensland. Kevin Isaac - Safety Manager Kevin joined QCCS in 2010 and has had ten years experience in safety management and quality assurance. Kevin has been involved in many construction projects and maintenance shut downs throughout Queensland. He has a working knowledge of integrated management systems supported by on-site experience in OH&S risk management and quality assurance.
